  • Advised the Wharf Group in a US$320 million acquisition of Harbour Centre Development in Hong Kong

  • Formerly Senior Vice President of China Science & Merchants Investment Management Group, one of the largest privately held investment management companies in China

  • Advised on startup companies on their strategy of raising funds and seeking listing on domestic markets in China and in overseas markets

  • Incubated a series of ventures and achieved successful exits for investors
